Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a complete refund, no questions asked.

After Work Has Begun

⚠ Partial Refund Available

Once our artist has begun working on your portrait (typically 24-48 hours after order confirmation), cancellations are subject to a 25% processing fee to cover materials and time invested.

After Completion

✗ No Refund Available

Once your custom portrait has been completed and delivered, no refunds are available as the artwork is specifically created for you.

  • Processing: 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

Revision Policy

Before considering a refund, we encourage customers to work with us through our revision process:

Included Revisions

  • One round of minor revisions at no additional cost
  • Adjustments to facial features, shading, or proportions
  • Background modifications or removal
  • Minor detail enhancements

Additional Revisions

Major revisions or complete reworks may incur additional charges. We'll discuss any fees upfront before proceeding with extensive changes.

Special Circumstances

Rush Orders

Rush orders (expedited delivery) have more restrictive cancellation policies due to the immediate allocation of resources. Cancellation fees may be higher for rush orders.

Physical Shipping

For physical portraits, customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a refund is approved. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent order completion, full refunds will be provided.
