Ordering Process

Photo Requirements

• Photos must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI recommended)
• Clear, well-lit images with good contrast
• Subject's face should be clearly visible
• You must own the rights to the photograph or have permission to use it

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment and acceptable photo submission. We reserve the right to reject orders with unsuitable photographs or request alternative images.

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Payment is required in full before work begins
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Additional fees may apply for rush orders or special requests

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, customers receive full ownership rights to their commissioned portrait artwork for personal use.

• We may use completed works for promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise

Quality Guarantee and Revisions

• We guarantee professional-quality artwork that accurately represents the submitted photograph
• One round of minor revisions included at no additional cost
• Major revisions or complete reworks may incur additional charges
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for full refund
• Once work has begun, cancellations are subject to a 25% processing fee
• No refunds available once the completed portrait has been delivered
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days via original payment method
